During Sparring, no one is allowed to coach, complain or make negative comments from the sidelines. (You may shout or cheer, but all other comments will be a cause for possible disqualification of your student from the sparring).

When Seated, all students are to sit in t the proper cross leg fashion.

All students are responsible for their own gear.  All borrowed gear must be returned to its owner.

On one will be allowed to walk across the floor with shoes on.

All males must remove their hats upon entering.

No eating, drinking or smoking permitted.

No clothing, gear or gees are to be left at the Academy.  All things left longer than 3 days will be donated the Salvation Army.

No foul language or cursing will be allowed at any time!!!

No playing the Academy by anyone or playing martial art in the academy or in the street.

All students must obey their parents, guardian, and or teachers.  If disobedience is reported to the Sensei, the student will be disciplined of expelled.

All retuning students must pay the New Fee.

In order to receive the group rat of three or more students, the group must sign up and pat at the same time.  No late additions.

All visitors must stay in the front area.  No wandering around will be allowed.

All suggestions and comments are welcome but final decisions will be by Master Page/Master Harrison.

My signature on this form release Steven Page, Benny Harrison and anyone associated with Seven Page Benny Harrison HAP KI DO System & The Dragon and Tiger HAPKIDO Academy from any liability, claim, expense, and or injury arising from or connected with my participation in this class or place on instruction.
