H. HAPKIDO SYSTEM  is versatile because it teaches all of the following areas of combat: Kicking, Punching, Throwing, Joint Locks, Ground fighting and Weapons.

Since H. HAPKIDO  SYSTEM  is versatile in all forms of combat a practitioner student will be able to:

Overcome a large opponent
Use joint locks, holds, and take downs
Disable your opponent using pressure points
Defend yourself against on coming weapons
Use weapons to defend against other weapons

H. HAPKIDO SYSTEM  teaches you to use your opponent’s strength which makes is ideal for men, women, and children.
